Great location with nearby grocery stores, Dunkin, Starbucks, and an ice cream store within half a mile. Close to Salt life and Sunset Grille for great food and atmosphere. Outstanding facilities with 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts. Quick 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Owner was excellent to work with.

I recently stayed at the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort and had a fantastic experience. The location was outstanding, being just a short walk away from the beach and nearby attractions and stores. The resort grounds were well-maintained and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The condo itself was perfect for my needs, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen equipped with all the basics. It was also a bonus to have a washer/dryer and beach amenities like chairs, towels, and toys provided. I loved the convenience of the code entry door, and the TV cable and WiFi were reliable. Additionally, the facilities at the resort were impressive, with two outdoor pools and a hot tub in each courtyard, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. The owner was excellent to work with and always available when needed.

Although the beds and couch were a little worn, they were still tolerable. The cleanliness of the unit was decent, although it could use a deep cleaning.

Location was perfect. Two nice outdoor pools and hot tubs were just what we needed. The beach was just a quick walk away and the tennis and pickle ball courts were a great way to stay active. The area around the resort was not too crowded but still easily accessible with a short car ride.

The rooms were not as clean as we expected and there were several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The staff didn't seem to be very helpful or approachable when we tried to address our concerns.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with short and easy access to both the beach and the tourist areas. the facilities are commendable, with two outdoor pools and hot tubs in each courtyard, tennis, and pickleball courts. the owner is available 24/7 to tend to any needs. the rooms are comfortable with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and the bathroom is spacious with a large and functional walk-in shower.

The breakfast options are limited and require more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Spent xmas vacation at a hotel with great facilities - 2 awesome outdoor pools and hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts. the resort was in a sweet location, just a short walk from the beach. it was located away from the hustle and bustle allowing us to enjoy some peace and serenity.

The owner had zero customer service skills. Our issues were not addressed and we had to suffer through our holiday without any assistance.
